Returns policy

We want you to love every part of your Miamie experience. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Return Window
We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Important Note:
Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on matcha powder. We appreciate your understanding on this.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it

  • Unopened and unused

  • In its original packaging

How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@miamie.com.au with your order number and reason for return. If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions for sending the item back.

Please note: Returns sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Shipping Fees
For approved returns, the original shipping fee and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund total.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at info@miamie.com.au with photos of the issue. We’ll evaluate the situation and make it right as quickly as possible.

Gift Cards
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on gift cards.

Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item, the quickest way is to return the original (if eligible) and place a new order once your return is approved.

Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days, minus applicable shipping fees.

Please allow time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, contact us at info@miamie.com.au.
